Paramount Painting Co. Inc. commit to check your home for the
next three years for any incidental blistering or lifting of our paint
job. We further commit to prepare and repair any lifting that has
occurred in this period as long as it has not been caused by external
factors such as water damage, previous contractor work, and/or accidents
to your home, etc.. Paint peeling to the bare wood is usually our
responsibility . This service will be provided at no extra charge.
Furthermore, we believe that the overall life of your paint job will be
extended by as much as two to three years if properly maintained.
We commit, after the three year guarantee period, to review the
condition of your paint finish each year and to make recommendations
regarding future proper maintenance. Any maintenance work you request will
be done on time and materials basis.
